If your order is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@pristinesprays.com, and we will correct the issue immediately!

For all other returns, we want you to be 100% happy with Pristine. For this reason, we have a no questions asked return policy for all unopened products with sealed exterior polybag packaging. We also will issue a refund on one opened item to give you a chance to try Pristine risk-free. Please open and try one product first before opening all products received. For cosmetic safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on more than one opened and used product. Once received in our facility, we will issue a full refund, minus the charges for original shipping, on all unopened products with sealed exterior packaging. Follow the return instructions below.

1. Email contact@pristinesprays.com: Please email us with your order number within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping address after verifying your purchase.
2. Repackage your return: Repackage the item(s) you are returning and mail it via your preferred carrier to the shipping address that we provide you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Pristine Sprays.
3. Include Packing Slip: Include your Packing Slip or Order Confirmation that lists your order details and order number with your return.

We will issue a refund after we receive your return at our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
